As a leader and communicator with over 22 years of experience. From building community organizations, mentoring Cub Scouts, managing groups of people and processes in the corporate arena, and communicating the ideas and concepts between Field Leaders and Corporate Executive, Lorenzo realized that his level of success came by way of personal development. The importance of learning through participation is key to his continued growth and one of the reasons why he created this community.
Lorenzo has been known for saying that he has so much love and knowledge he wants to share with the world that leaving his legacy could be achieved by his presence on the world-wide-web. Not only did he realize that he had a lot to offer others–a conversation with his Mom gave him revelation that there was opportunity for him to learn from others as well. The word “mutual” struck a cord with him. This is one of the reasons why much of his focus is on teaching you how to build your own blog presence. This gives you a place to connect with the world. We all have a lot to learn and we all have a lot that we can offer.
Lorenzo also realized that the social media networks like Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter (to name a few) are tools that can be used to bring awareness to your blog presence. [A.K.A. your center hub]. Your blog can be used to share your photos, ideas, hobbies, or your produces and/or services. It is only limited by your imagination or creativity. Lorenzo will help you build it and your effort will make it come to life.
Furthermore, your blog gives you freedom. If all you do is rely on Facebook or MySpace to build your presence you are at their mercy. What if they decide to charge you for adding and storing your content, don’t approve of your content, or band you from their sites — you lose everything you worked hard to create. Remember, these platforms are only tools.
Your blog gives you freedom and will become a representation of you. Lorenzo will teach you how to integrate personal development with smart online marketing. He was once frustrated with creating the look and feel of his blog and understands it could cause you to give up on creating your own blog.
